Blue Chip have entered into competition for projects in an industry populated by many companies, large and small – all competing for their share of the market. Once a contract is signed with our customer, technical drawings are checked and triple-checked for accuracy.

Blue Chip offer traditional general contracting services as well as preconstruction, construction management and design/build services. Blue Chip will perform work on both a negotiated or a competitive bid basis

Each Project by Blue Chip has an assigned superintendent responsible for it, overseeing all the workers and ensuring the final product meets all expectations. The team concentrates on a logical, step-by-step process. "There is a natural flow to the work. We won't start something until the previous phase comes to full completion," says one of our superintendents. "It's all very linear…one thing at a time." The process is methodical, but moves along briskly, aimed at getting the assignment ready as soon as possible.

Blue Chip as routine follows the basic Safety requirement and has set up the following system that shall be followed in all projects. For each individual project a Safety Manager shall be assigned who has to control the entire operation of that particular project 24 hours a day until completion.
